Suspect Arrested Cynthia Bogan, 54 of Hemet CA homocide


Edward Hill 58 years old


Suspect 58 year old Edward Hill, brother in law and roommate of the victim 45 year old Cynthia Bogan was arrested. and is being held on $1,000,000.00 bail. It is not clear who called the emergency services concerning Cynthia needing medical attention. When the fire department arrived, they summoned Police and homicide detectives, whom after investigating the situation detained Edward Hill.
Edward and Cynthia shared a home at 1122 Campus Way in Hemet Ca.
Fire department responded on Friday at 3:40pm. It is not certain if Cynthia died Thursday night or Friday morning.

Original Friday September 25, 2015 4:00pm Firefighters were called to aid a Victim needing medical attention, when they arrived. The scene was cordoned off by Cpl. Mike Hall shortly before 10:30pm, to investigate. %4 yer old Cynthia Bogan was considered Deceased at 3:40 pm. in the 100 bloc of Campus Way in Hemet CA.
Cause of death has to be reveled.

Homicide 09 16 - 17 of 2015 Mark Anthony Riveral Death

On Thursday, September 17, 2015, at 6:28 a.m. deputies responded to Kenyon Park for an unresponsive male in the park. The male was deceased and ultimately identified as Mark Riveral, a Rancho Cucamonga resident.
Mark Riveral suffered from injuries to his torso, that were determined to have caused his death. The death has been deemed a homicide.
Mark Riveral’s white Toyota Camry was parked on a street near the park.

Investigators have determined the homicide occurred between Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 10:30 p.m. and Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 6:28 a.m. Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying anyone that may have seen or heard anything during the time of the incident. Investigators would also like information from anyone who had recent contact with Mark Riveral.

**WANTED** Tomas Sarinana 1 million dollar warrant out of Ontario CA


September 14, 2015 security officer of park-and-ride lot at Gillette Avenue and Fairplex Drive, reported a body near the homeless camp in Pomona, California. The coroner’s office gave an initial report that body had been there for several weeks, and there were no initial signs of foul play. They asked that anyone with information to this case to call Pomona police detectives them at (909) 620-2085.

Authorities identified the woman as 33 year old Sally Mityas a mother of three children ages 1, 5 and 7 to Eddie Sarinana her boyfriend who reported her missing on Sept. 4, 2015.

Statements had said that Mityas had just been in an argument with her boyfriend's brother Tomas Sarinana over money. They said she packed up her clothes and left in a maroon colored sedan about 11 a.m. without her cell phone, or identification.
Lt. David Smith with the L.A. County coroner's office, had made the report that Sally Mityas death was caused by sharp force injuries to her chest.
The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office issued a $1 million warrant for the arrest of Tomas Sarinana

The 4 McStay Family Members Death February 04 2010

On February 04, 2010, A family of 4 Joseph McStay 40 years old, Summer McStay 43 years old, and two children 4 year old Gianni McStay and 3 year old Joseph McStay Jr., faced a horrible fate. Leaving family and business partner, hung out to dry, concerning the McStay families health, wellbeing, and whereabouts. February 04, 2015 with Joseph McStay cell phone pinging, the Fallbrook cellphone tower at 8:28 p.m. to an employee of his in Rancho Cucamonga.
It was not until 4 days later on February 8, that Josephs 1996 Isuzu Trooper was discovered to have been towed from a San Ysidro, California parking lot. A thorough search and investigation worked hundreds of Officials, family members, and friends, along with several top Investigation media news, lasting strong for years, until November 13, 2013, when a motorcyclist located apparent bodies in the Mojave Desert. The bodies were identified through dental records to be Summer and Joseph McStay. A business partner of Joseph McStay, Charles Chase Merritt, was arrested, November 07, 2014 for the murders of Joseph, Summer and the two children Gianni, and Joseph Jr. Most recent news is that, while incarcerated, Chase Merritt had won the right to defend himself,
The Claim is that Chase, had went to the Fallbrook home of Joseph, and Summer and the two children, and severely struck them with a blunt object causing blunt force trauma. It is believed hat Chase drove them to the Mojave Desert and buried them in previously dug shallow graves. Then either driving their vehicle to San Ysidro Border to Mexico, or had someone else do it.
Conflicting, the camera shot of two people each carrying a child across the border to Mexico. Security stated two believe to men dropped the McStay family trooper off at between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. and went the other direction.
